Delivery Information

• Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on product availability and your location.
• You will receive confirmation and delivery details by email once your order has been dispatched.
• Deliveries are made to the door only. Our drivers are not able to carry items into your property or place them in specific rooms.
• A responsible person must be available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, the order will be returned and a redelivery charge may apply.
• We currently deliver within a 300-mile radius of our warehouse at Unit 3, Bank House Farm, Spalding, PE12 6LF.
• For delivery addresses beyond 300 miles, please contact us to obtain a custom shipping quotation.

Returns Policy

• If you change your mind, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels or reimburse delivery costs.
