Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 In these terms and conditions:
- “You” or “Your”: The person named in the order to whom we are supplying the goods.
- “We”, “Us”, or “Our”: ANTS&M LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 15433021.
- “Goods”: Products listed in your order.
- “Order”: Your order for the goods.
- “Delivery”: The delivery of the goods to the address specified in the order.
- “Circumstances Beyond Our Control”: Defined in clause 10.2.
1.2 “Writing” or “written” includes email unless stated otherwise.
1.3 These terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods.
2. Our Contract With You
2.1 By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these terms. These terms override any others unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2.2 Check your order details carefully. Contact us immediately if there are errors.
2.3 The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing.
2.4 Images on our website (https://magnusdream.co.uk) are for illustrative purposes. Colors and patterns may vary.
2.5 Dimensions provided are approximate with a tolerance of ±2 cm.
3. Changes to Order or Terms
3.1 We may revise these terms to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or payment methods.
3.2 You may request changes to your order before dispatch. If changes affect the price, we will inform you.
4. Delivery
4.1 We offer free delivery within 2–4 working days on all mattresses, mattress toppers and home essentials. Delivery times for other products depend on stock availability and can take up to 8 weeks. Delivery charges for these products are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the item’s weight and the delivery address. Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control..
4.2 Delivery is complete when goods are delivered to your address or collected by you.
4.3 Ensure someone is available to receive delivery. If no one is present, redelivery charges may apply.
4.4 Risk transfers to you upon delivery or collection. Ownership transfers when full payment is received.
4.5 Goods delivered to remote areas may incur additional delivery time or charges.
5. Faulty Goods
5.1 If goods are faulty, contact us at +44 7454 013504 or sales@magnusdream.co.uk. We may arrange for inspection and, if appropriate, repair or replacement.
5.2 Refunds or replacements will be provided for goods with manufacturing defects.
6. Guarantees
6.1 If you experience any issue with a product, please contact us first. We will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.
6.2 We may request photographs or additional information to help us investigate the issue.
6.3 Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Price and Payment
7.1 Prices include VAT and are as listed at the time of order confirmation.
7.2 Delivery charges are not included unless specified.
7.3 Payment must be made in advance by card or another agreed method.
7.4 Late payments may incur interest at 3% above HSBC Bank PLC’s base rate.
8. Your Right to Cancel
8.1 You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us in writing at  Unit 4 Double Roof Yard, High Rd, Moulton, Spalding, PE12 6NT or emailing sales@magnusdream.co.uk.
8.2 Please note that the following items are excluded from cancellation and return rights:
- Unsealed mattresses and bedding, for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
8.3 Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
8.4 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
9. Liability
9.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence.
9.2 We are not liable for:
- Business losses.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
10.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, or supplier delays.
10.2 In such cases, we will notify you and resume obligations when possible. You may cancel the contract if delays exceed four weeks.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization.
11.2 These terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
11.3 Personal information is used solely for order processing and marketing (if consented).
