All mattresses sold by Magnus Dream are 100% genuine, brand new and unused, and have never been returned by a customer.
Please note that the outer cardboard box may show signs of storage or transit, such as dents, creases, tears or additional protective tape/wrapping. This does not affect the mattress inside, which remains brand new, unused and factory-compressed/wrapped.
If the original outer box is too badly damaged to provide adequate protection, the mattress may be placed into another Emma mattress box to ensure safe storage and delivery.

Topper Unpacking Instructions
To protect the environment and ensure safety, all our mattresses are carefully vacuum-sealed and tightly packaged before shipping. Your new mattress will arrive at your home rolled up and vacuum-packed to ensure the product's safety during transportation.
Carefully cut open the outer packaging using only the knife included in the pack.
Unroll the mattress onto your bed, carefully cut the vacuum packaging, and allow the mattress to expand.
After approximately 6 hours, rotate the mattress 180°.
The foam will fully expand within 48-72 hours, but you can start using the mattress after just 4 hours.
