Material

VELO is a knitted upholstery fabric with a pronounced ribbed structure and slight elasticity, allowing it to shape neatly around the furniture. The surface features a soft pile created from cut fibres, providing a pleasant tactile feel and an elegant appearance.

The fabric is constructed from two yarn layers: a strong, durable base yarn for stability and a softer yarn that forms the decorative pile. This combination results in a resilient, flexible material with a refined, smooth finish, well suited to everyday use and modern interiors.

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on product availability and your location.
You will receive confirmation and delivery details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made to the door only. Our drivers are not able to carry items into your property or place them in specific rooms.
A responsible person must be available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, the order will be returned and a redelivery charge may apply.
We currently deliver within a 300-mile radius of our warehouse at Unit 3, Bank House Farm, Spalding, PE12 6LF.
For delivery addresses beyond 300 miles, please contact us to obtain a custom shipping quotation.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels or reimburse delivery costs.
