We deliver across the UK. For remote areas, please contact us for a quote. You can choose home delivery or warehouse collection for larger items. Smaller items, such as mattress toppers, may qualify for letterbox delivery.

Standard delivery time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the product and your location.

You’ll receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. For home deliveries, someone must be present to receive the item. If no one is available, the order will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

Unopened items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels or cover delivery costs. Please contact us to arrange a return.
