• You will receive confirmation and delivery details by email once your order has been dispatched.
• Deliveries are made to the door only. Our drivers are not able to carry items into your property or place them in specific rooms.
• A responsible person must be available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, the order will be returned and a redelivery charge may apply.
• We currently deliver within a 370-mile radius of our warehouse at  Unit 4 Double Roof Yard, High Rd, Moulton, Spalding PE12 6NT.
• For delivery addresses beyond 370 miles, please contact us to obtain a custom shipping quotation.

Returns Policy

• If you change your mind, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels or reimburse delivery costs.
