Emma Original Memory Foam Mattress in UK Super King size (180 x 200cm), 25cm high with a medium-soft (H2) comfort feel. This all-foam mattress combines breathable Airgocell® foam, pressure-relieving foam and a supportive zone-cut base with 3-zone support for the shoulders, hips and legs. The breathable removable cover helps regulate temperature and moisture and is machine washable at 40°C for easy care. Brand new, factory-compressed and sealed in its packaging.

You will receive confirmation and delivery details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made to the door only. Our drivers are not able to carry items into your property or place them in specific rooms.
A responsible person must be available to accept the delivery. If no one is present, the order will be returned and a redelivery charge may apply.
We currently deliver within a 370-mile radius of our warehouse at Unit 4 Double Roof Yard, High Rd, Moulton, Spalding PE12 6NT.
For delivery addresses beyond 370 miles, please contact us to obtain a custom shipping quotation.

Mattress Unpacking Instructions

To protect the environment and ensure safety, all our mattresses are carefully vacuum-sealed and tightly packaged before shipping. Your new mattress will arrive at your home rolled up and vacuum-packed to ensure the product's safety during transportation.

Carefully cut open the outer packaging using only the knife included in the pack.

Unroll the mattress onto your bed, carefully cut the vacuum packaging, and allow the mattress to expand.

After approximately 6 hours, rotate the mattress 180°.

Allow at least 48–72 hours for full expansion. Some mattresses, particularly hybrid models, may take longer.

Please allow additional time for full expansion:
Most mattresses expand within 48–72 hours, but some may require additional time to reach their full size, shape and height, particularly hybrid models due to their layered and pocket-sprung construction. As some of our mattresses may have been vacuum-packed for a longer period before sale, this is normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the mattress.
