Returns for Unopened Items
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels or cover delivery costs.
Returns for Opened Items
Returns of opened items are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a returns fee. Please email your request to
sales@magnusdream.co.uk. Note that returns for opened items will not be accepted before 4-6 weeks after the order date. This allows enough time for the product to settle and adjust to your requirements.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your goods upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, we will arrange for the goods to be collected and replaced free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds (excluding original shipping) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
